I presume this is a continuation of your earlier query, to which you attached a diagram which seems to no longer apply. Can you make it more clear what you intend to load-balance and failover? Is it the internet circuit, some internal service, a combination thereof, or...? It would be also helpful to know how you intend to allocate (or use) your public/private IP space. I see Mark has also suggested a transparent setup; there are several other ways to accomplish this, depending on what you desire.
