[pfSense-discussion] how to change wan interface media from autoselect?

ifconfig em1 shows me the following:

...
media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <half-duplex>)
status: active
On the other side the switch is full-duplex. How can I setup the 
interface to be full-duplex and not autoselect the speed?
