I already had a rule that permitted UDP 161 from WAN. I activated logging on that rule and it gets permitted as it should.

I think it's the snmpd service that doesn't permit me to connect.
As the log says; snmpd[548]: sendto: Operation not permitted

interface. It is not permitted because your firewall is blocking it.

Enable logging for pfSense, this will help you troubleshoot this issue
by showing what pf is blocking.
