thank u SAI , but i have a problem with this configuration.  this configuration 
work with NAT , and i dont want  NAT because i have 200 public IP  on Cisco 
Router, and i want all clients to join out with this public Ips

any idea how to do that ?     i hear  with static routes

your lan ip is in the same subnet as your wan ip. change the lan to 
192.168.2.x/24
