Actually that is what I meant - you can do as David Rees mentioned in this thread and run the WRTs with stock firmware as just a bridged AP. I run one at home that way. The stock firmware bridges the AP to the switch ports. Just don't use the WAN port and disable DHCP server and you have a bridged AP.
