Can you show me a spec that says that "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-8" in email messages should be handled as Visual Hebrew? Visual Hebrew is an anachronism, there is no place for it in 21 century. All unix programs work with iso-8859-8 as the logical hebrew, and this is the only correct thing to do.
