For the benefit of those who have no idea what changes you have made, maybe it would be beneficial to list the changes, or link to where these are listed. This might include, for example, the specific site we are discussing (assuming there are several managed servers/sites).
On the other hand, you might assume - probably correctly - that your target audience is the people who have already noticed the pages, and that those who do not know what happened would probably not care one way or the other.
