I know I want the full version posted (I'm not sure I'm going to do much about it myself, but having it available will make the chill down my spine a little less disturbing). However, before you put it up, do make sure that you can do so: the september draft is only available for a price (CHF 64), according to http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=45515, and so are other standards.
