I suppose it depends on the type of virtualisation and version of kernel, some of them were known to be very bad drifters.
I have a physical machine in BBL I can open for NTP, there's IIX, there are public NTP servers at all the major ISPs, it's just a matter of adding them all to the NTP dns pool. I believe this is a matter taken care of better by ISOC-IL and not Hamakor.
