What will be the benefit for a member of the Amuta.

First of all: for crying out loud - this is not a @#$@@$@ server, as in
a physical machine that runs somewhere! It is a *service*, which means that it
can be deployed somewhere, or that we can pay for something that we use.

Furthermore, I explained the advantages of Ikiwiki in this post:

http://hamakor.org.il/pipermail/discussions/2013-March/004493.html

Namely it is:

<<<<<
1. Allows for both online and offline editing of the content.

2. Keeps everything in a version control system (such as git, Mercurial or even
Subversion), and in well-formed formats such as markdown or XHTML, for easy
reverting, tweaking, restoration, history logging etc.

3. Free and open source software.

4. Mature and with a live ecosystem.

Is this *so* hard to understand? What of it don't you understand? And please do
an interim reply so you better address my points.

Regards,

        Shlomi Fish
