If that's all, you're in luck. Used to have popups telling you also to use IE<=8. And used to have these popups re-appear on every page, to make the site actually unusable (when Firefox and Chrome were otherwise handling it quite ok).
Also, do you have the reversed Hebrew, or have they finally ditched the broken flash?
