#222: Problems with kbdneo32 and KeepNote (python program)

Only level 1 and 2 (Ebene 1 und 2) is running properly, the other levels
are ignored. For example when i try to write a "[" by holding CapsLock and
typing the "e" key i only get an "l" and not "[".

It works properly with the AHK driver.
