In ICQ chat window, compose is not working. While p.e. ç can be created
bei M3+Tab, ‚,‘, c, in the ICQ chat window M3+Tab results in a TAB, and ,
and c are written verbatim afterwards. I could not reproduce the error in
any other windows window.
