Hi Michal, Rachel is right (unless something's changed?) We technically aren't hiding "Firefox Focus" in de, we (German L10N) manually localize "Focus" into "Klar" on the DE site.
We do have a "Firefox Klar" topic that's hidden from all locales (including German), but it's not in use since we can't make it locale-specific.
