names in genitive case - your opinions?

Hi,

This is only to let you know that since a Czech translator has
already provided the nominative cases to GLib [1] and it will
be visible with *older* versions of glibc but not on the newest
glibc 2.27 (because glibc 2.27 supports the genitive cases but
does not provide the genitive data for the Czech language) I have
decided to report a bug [2] and I'm going to push the genitive cases
of month names to the glibc locale data soon, that means this week.
Unless you convince me not to do this and revert the Czech
translation of GLib.

If there are cases where the nominative case is required by the
rules of the Czech language and it is not handled correctly by
the original English/international format specifier then this must
be handled by translators.

Regards,

Rafal
