It would be cool to do add a display-el.jar/display-el.tld that does support the JSTL expression language. > 2) We should take the main tree, release another bug fix version and begin > to add enhancements gleaned from the refactorings that John and Fabrizio > have added. I propose that we do bug fixes on the main tree and release a 1.0 soon. Then cutover to one of the refactored branches and call that 2.0 or 1.1. I'm leaning towards Fabrizio's implementation since (I believe) John has a bug in his (or maybe it's fixed now). > > 2.1) We should add the decorator tag that John just mentioned. +1 > 2.2) We should inject interfaces where possible to permit the library to be > extended. +1 > 2.3) I would enjoy seeing a built in display:search tag that permits > searching the table display. +1 > 3) Test harness and junit code. +1 > 4) We should set some timelines and assign tasks to the committing > developers on this list. +1 > I am in list mode today and would really like to see this project succeed. I think the project is already succeeding, just not much active development. And we have a whole slew of developers with a low ratio of folks actually committing. I would lose no sleep over removing some developers, or we can just count votes from the core group as quote for voting. > Is this helping? Yep! Matt __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
