Since the site is displaytag.org - we should make it the default webapp and if it's easy enough, users should only have to go to http://displaytag.org or http://displaytag.org/examples. Personally, I don't like it when URLs have a version number in them - URLs are supposed to be permanent, and having the version number in it seems to indicate it might not be.
