I am working on a japanese webapp that uses displaytag for displaying the result of a search. Unfortunately paging and sorting do not work when the query string is in japanese. The problem is the url is not encoded correctly. I am using the cvs version of displaytag. Before diving into the displaytag source code i was wondering if someone can point me to what need to be changed to fix my problem.
