Hi. Because I didn't get answer from sourceforge discussion forum, I try here with better luck.
This maybe is already notified, but... I discovered that the b3 SNAPSHOT doesn't work in JDK1.3 and hunt the reason to RequestHelper.getParameterMap() method. There is used URLEncoder.encode() method with two String parameters (other specify enc type), that is introduced not until JDK1.4. So it throws NoSuchMethodError in 1.3.
