Based on CVS, I would expect the displaytag.sf.net URIs to be the
definitive ones.  Am I correct in thinking so ?

Notice that 1.0-b3 has two different URIs in the same
distribution.
Plus, the docs seem to be out of date in the PDF and on
the web site.
