Summary: getListIndex() not correct....

Using pagination calling getListIndex() returns same as 
getViewIndex() ...

Needs the index of the object in the data list, not in the 
view...

Using the nightly build for Aug-29-2004 I see the same 
behavior as that in rc1 and as described in the bug report - 
getListIndex() and getViewIndex() return the same value 
regardless of page or actual position in the Collection.

the fix is already included in the nighlty builds you can
find here:
http://displaytag.sourceforge.net/nightly/

the patch involved changes in many files, so it's better you
grab everything.
