- The titleKey attribute is available in the standard version of the taglib too
- Displaytag uses a configurable I18nResourceProvider to look up a localized string
- Pre-built resource providers are provided for Struts, JSTL, Spring. Others may be
added by the user.

Description:
This item should sum up all the existing issue related to the i18n of column titles.

1- this feature should not be available only in the el version of the taglib, but
should be implemented in the same way both in the standard and EL version
2- this feature should not depend on a specific framework (struts, jstl, etc)
3- in definitive, an adapter for title i18n should be pluggable and configurable
4- displaytag will provide adapters for the commonly used system (jstl, struts,
spring?) but users should be able to easily plug others
