There is a problem with the autolink feature when you
use it together with
maxLength. The a href contains the chopped value
instead of the full value:
<a href="mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]">[EMAIL PROTECTED]</a>

I created a patch for Column.java and LinkUtil.java. With
that it works correct:
<a href="mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]">averylongemail@
mail...</a>
