I wrote
an enhancement to the displaytag tag library, and I want to submit my
contribution to the project.
I
modified the table tag to hold, similarly on what is on the "footer" tag, an
additional header to prepend/append to the auto-generated header
row.
So I
created a new tag, "header", with an attribute that allows to specify "before"
or "after". The tag simply writes its content in the thead section of the
generated code, as done by the footer one.
It
works.
I haven't
run all the test suite, and I had to workaround the well-known compilation issue
on the jetspeed dependance... simply putting the preceeding bytecode version of
the class.
