Export to Excel not appending form parameters

Hi,
I have Sort functionality and Export to Excel functionality in my jsp page.
Sorting works fine but in case of Export functionality the Form elements are
not getting appended to the url . I am surprised as in Sorting by Business
Object function gets the form parameters but in the Export functionality it
doesnt get them.
Can u please help me in this.
