requestURI attribute of table tag has incorrect documentation

The documentation (on the displaytag website) for the "requestURI" attribute of
the "table" tag incorrectly states that "When present, links for sorting,
exports, and paging are formed by adding any tag generated parameters to the
value of requestURI".
This is not the case, however, since when I set requestURI to a named anchor
such as "#tabmenu" the value I've specified is APPENDED, not PREPENDED. This
is an important distinction that should be reflected in the documentation.
