TableTag: doStartTag() iterates over the whole collection unconditionally.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DISPL-448
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DISPL-448
             Project: DisplayTag
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Paging/Sorting
    Affects Versions: 1.1
            Reporter: Ivan Garcia Sainz-Aja

TableTag method doStartTag() provoques unconditonal iteration over the whole
collection:

Method doStartTag() does:

- call initParameters() which inits this.tableIterator  as this.tableIterator =
IteratorUtils.getIterator(this.list);
- then it just calls doIteration(); wich iterates the whole tableIterator
unconditionally

It doesn't make any sense to iterate all over a collection which is passed to
the TableTag just to be paginated?
