Subtotal on Grouping

Fix For: 1.1
subtotal on Grouping works only for currently displayed page. When a certain
group extends across pages, subtotal is shown only for the last page where
grouing changes.
Same issue when we use property for sorting the complete list is set in the
application.
Please let me how to fix these issues.
