I have a table that, based on the filter chosen, can have from two to
twelve columns with the totals column being the rightmost column.
Because of this, I get "gaps" between the "Total" and "subtotal" labels
and the total amount columns ...
Is there a way to force a colspan, without regard to the number of
columns, and apply a style to the label to force it to the right.
Also, how can I modify the actual text of the "subtotal" and "total"
label?
