Sorting and paging 2 custom paginated tables

When 2 custom paginated tables are displayed in a page, a change of page or
sort for one of them is applied to both.
The issue is quite simple : the generated parameters are constants ; e.g. the
page number parameter is "page" (or the value of "pagination.pagenumber.param"
in the properties file).
What about generating this parameters on the same way for all kind of list ?
Is there any way to build dynamic parameters (like "d-xxxx-p") without
overriding the "writeSearchResultAndNavigation" method of the "HtmlTableWriter"
class ?
