I18n unit tests for Struts and XWork (e.g. TitleKeyStrutsTest) are failing
since corresponding JSPs were unified and moved from /standard/ and /el/
folders to /jsps/ folder. XMl configuration files for Struts
(struts-config.xml) and XWork (xwork.xml) should be updated accordingly.
