BTW i think it is a common request: on a multi-page table, if a user go to a detail screen, she usually wants to go back to the page she was before the submit.

There's nothing in the library itself. You could use a page parameter in your link to the detail page, or try to capture the referrer from the request. Those are two methods I can think of.
