[displaytag-user] Patch : Target support for hrefs

This is a patch to the march release in order to add a target attribute to the column. This will allow you to open your links in a new frame (parent, other, etc).

If you need patches to other releases, or to CVS just let me know. I couldn't figure out which cvs project I needed to commit to, so I'm just submitting the patch. Also, I have a JAR / TLD for anyone who may want it.�
