To all the users, who try to load their local displaytag.properties: This file goes into your application WEB-INF/classes folder. You may rename it to your local version, let's say in my country it is displaytag_sl_SI.properties. ResourceBundle will first try to load a file with your local data and if it doesnt' find it, it will use the default one. That is a standard way of loading properties files.
