Should be fixed now, the correct size of the displaytag-1.0.tar.gz file is ~4.5 MB. It probably has been broken during upload, the connection to the sourceforge ftp server is really slow. You will have to wait a few hours for the fixed file to be copied over sourceforge mirrors, or you can just grab the .zip version instead.
