Hello, I would like to display a custom header in my table. I did it for the tfoot, thanks to the <display:footer /> tag; but I didn't found the same for the header. The reason why I want to create a custom header is that I need to put many rows in my header, and create cells of 2 rows, or 2 columns wide. Is there any possibility to do that?
