Nowhere. This isn't configurable as a default property (I just recently
looked into this and asked it myself on this list).
In order to be able to set it globally, you need to set a bean or variable
with the value and use a scriptlet to express it in your tag, e.g.:
<display:table ... pagesize="<%= myPagesize %>">
Note that you can't use JSTL for this, since you can't embed a tag within
another tag. If you're using JSP 2.4 with in-line EL or the EL-enabled
displaytag, you can use EL for this if it's beaned:
<display:table ... pagesize="${myPagesize}">
