RE: [displaytag-user] Export issue - export data

I finally got this to work.  I was able to determine that the reason this wasnt working was due to my use of Tiles. I modified the export filter-mappging  settings in web.xml to map only to *.do extensions (I am using Struts), instead of both *.do and *.jsp (as shown in the documentation), and the export works fine now.   Could prove useful to anyone in the same type of environment.  Thanks to all, just the same.   --Chris >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 4/25/2006 2:26:44 PM >>> I just upgraded to displaytag v1.1, and along with using the same settings below (e.g. displaytag properties), and using an export filter exactly as described in the documentation, and I am still getting the excel export data displayed within the JSP page containing the table, instead of being given the option to save the data in a file.
