Try setting 'filename' property:

<display:table ...>

        <display:column ... />

        <display:setProperty name="export.excel.filename" value="excelf.xls"/>
        <display:setProperty name="export.csv.filename" value="csvf.csv"/>
        <display:setProperty name="export.pdf.filename" value="pdff.pdf"/>

    </display:table>
