1. If I want to invoke my own JavaScript function in order to ajaxify
the pagination and sorting, please let me know what should I do.
I noticed a thread asking to use ajaxtags or ajaxanywhere, but my app is
already overloaded with many JS libs, so I need a simple solution to
invoke my own JS function. Please help.
2. Also please let me know how I can add up/down image arrows beside the
column to sort.
