The adapter is not finding my struts module's message resource. Not
surprising since clover has ZERO coverage within that section of code.
I've set the property locale.resolver like so:

name="locale.resolver">org.displaytag.localization.I18nStrutsAdapter</di
splay:setProperty>
What am I missing in this process?
