Hello, I've resolved this issue by implementing/extending the DefaultRequestHelper/Factory and adding an extra parameter to the getHref() method (via a request attribute which is set in the jsp). I don't know if there is a more elegant way...

How can I add an additional request parameter to the default sort link? I just need to specify a request parameter with the "tab" identifier but how can I do that?
