While typing message,i just mentioned like that.
Folder are in exact case senstive ' WEB-INF' only.No problem on that folder
name
One more information also i can add for you.
Struts resource properties file also exist in same WEB-INF folder.Its
working fine.But
not the displaytag.properties file.
Anyway in future while posting message i will mention correctly.Thanks for
your notice.
Give me the solution.
