Your best bet is to look at mingw (www.mingw.org). You can install cygwin's mingw package, and then download the linux mingw cross-compiler at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/windows.html. Once you set up your hosts, you should be able to execute (from cygwin) "distcc mingw32-gcc ..."
