It doesn't work with 3.2 on Linux unless you've made a change since
0.13. I'm pretty sure that's when I changed our makefiles to stop using
it, after reporting the problem with it.
   It would be nice to know which version it works with, because that's
the answer I got, and it definitely did not work with 3.2. I wish I had
the time to figure this out, because it destroys many of the benefits of
using distcc to need to make the dependencies separately from
compilation for our makefiles.
