[distcc] distcc-2.16 stability problems?

I haven't pinned blame yet, but since I switched from
distcc-2.14 to distcc-2.16, I've had stability problems.
Has anyone else noticed anything like this?
It could also be my hardware, so I'm not sure it's distcc's
fault.
