The install media is supposed to automount. Hmmm
It may not mount because filesystem not in a good state.
Do the following. It will show a list of drives one of them being the media
that should mount in /mnt
echo | format -e
You will see out of the format

based on your output do (note added s0)
fsck -m /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0
eg output
** /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0
ufs fsck: sanity check: /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 already mounted
repeat for all drives listed and post the output.
