I've used that guide heavily, and has helped me greatly. I've got SSH captures
from start of install to completion of AD integration. I plan to do a write up
explaining each step and also point out some of the important file
locations/commands that have helped me troubleshoot along the way. Anyway,
once I get it worked up I'll send it to you and you're more than welcome to use
what you think is helpful.
