As Alan said now, redistribution is prohibited. I was on the verge of deleting it from my disk, anyway, since I don not see what is the use of it, (despite only trouble with usage rights) now when Illumos/OpenIndiana is here with soon to make stable release and Solaris11Express gives ability to buy support contract.
