In a nutshell, you set the price to what you deem to be reasonable, bearing in mind your production, handling and shipping costs. There is no license fee, now or ever, and the question of "commission" is superfluous. You are entitled to keep whatever you make. That said, it is always appreciated when resellers donate some money for further development efforts, but then you may also donate time (if you are or have any developers for example), artwork or documentation. I would suggest you might like to look in at the BizDev project <http://bizdev.openoffice.org/>.
